What happens when you give some of the world’s best builders five days to do the impossible?
You get the 5 Day Builder Challenge... a full throttle experiment in skill, pressure, and precision. And Saltworks 3D Solutions is proud to be part of it.
This is not just another car build. It is a collision of generations. Of hands on craftsmanship and boundary pushing tech. And it all centers around one monster of a project: a 19 foot custom Fleetwood “Road Monster” dreamed up by none other than Bryan Fuller, owner of Fullermoto.
Built from the ground up. Powered by a V16. Yes, two V8s. Wrapped in body panels formed by our team at Saltworks 3D.
You read that right.
We were honored to help bring Bryan’s vision to life — shaping aluminum body panels for a car that has zero interest in being ordinary. This build is what happens when legacy skills meet new tools. When TIG welders and metal shapers tag team a chassis with next gen 3D metal shaping. When everyone in the room has something to prove and five days to prove it.
Who’s Behind the Build?
The lineup reads like a highlight reel:
- Chip Foose
- Jeremy Bumpus
- William Lockwood
- Mike Wagner
- Jesse Greening
- And of course, Bryan Fuller and the Fullermoto crew.
Each builder brought their own magic to the table. And together, they are doing what most people would not even attempt... building a one off, hand crafted, tech infused car in less than a week.

This challenge is not just a build. It is a blueprint for the future of custom fabrication. A future we are proud to be shaping one panel at a time.
Stay tuned. Saltworks 3D is just getting started.
